Project Details

We designed a simpler and better alternative of current poshan tracker utilizing conversational AI for ration distribution via QR codes, collaborating with 17 Anganwadi workers. The solution improves nutrition accessibility for beneficiaries and streamlines the transaction process for field workers.

Things I Did

My primary involvement included leading primary research with 17 Anganwadi workers, creating the core solution framework and user flows for both beneficiaries and AWWs, conducting user testing on the prototypes, and defining the success metrics (projected impact on 8.8M+ beneficiaries)
