Project 1: Crafted AI-powered features with research, personas, and 35+ hi-fi prototypes, streamlining branch visits, documentation, query resolution, and appointment scheduling, validated with 15+ users to cut task time 50% and raise CSAT 90%
Project 2: Fulfilled live projects (Agri AI Loans, SmartVyaapar, POS benchmarking), performing heuristic evaluations on 25+ screens, validating with 20+ users, and delivering designs projected to cut Agri loan drop-offs 30%, double rural adoption, and reduce rework 20%.
